Traditional Stratocaster Wiring Loom

If versatility were an art form, the Stratocaster would be a masterpiece. Monty’s Traditional Stratocaster wiring loom pays homage to this rather marvellous design by rendering Leo Fender’s ingenious wiring with the very best components we can find.

This wiring harness is handmade by us using the highest quality components: 250K audio taper CTS pots, a CRL 5-way switch, our own super high-quality 0.022uf oil tone cap, vintage-correct pushback wire and a Switchcraft jack, basically, all the good stuff.

This harness is available in both right-handed and left-handed configurations, and with or without a treble bleed.

A common modification for Stratocasters is to connect the bridge pickup to the second tone control. We now offer this as standard; simply select the "5-way switch w/ bridge tone" option.

Instructions for installation are included with the harness; however, please note that it will require some soldering. If you aren’t comfortable doing this yourself, please bring your guitar to Monty’s or any other qualified tech; we will be happy to help you install it.
