Montyfied Stratocaster Loom

If versatility were an art form, the Stratocaster would be a masterpiece. The Montyfied Stratocaster wiring loom pays homage to this rather marvellous design by smashing Leo Fender’s ingenious wiring with the circuit configuration that Gibson pioneered. 

This modification gives you more overall clarity, a volume pot that doesn't lose treble when rolled down, tone controls that filter the highs rather than throwing a blanket over your signal and an interactive relationship between the tone and volume controls that give to total control over your sound.

This wiring harness is handmade by us using the highest quality components: 250K audio taper CTS pots, a CRL 5-way switch, our own super high-quality 0.022uf paper-in-oil tone cap, vintage-correct pushback wire and a Switchcraft jack. Basically all the good stuff.

With this wiring setup, you do not need a treble bleed; in fact, one will make this sound not so special. 

The parts are all American imperial-sized, so they may not automatically fit on import instruments with metric-sized parts without a little modification. If you are unsure, please contact us in advance and we will advise what needs to be done.

This harness is available in both right-handed and left-handed configurations.
